Short, repeatable safety meetings change behavior more than the annual binder nobody reads. This sheet gives you a topic line, five key-point slots, discussion prompts (what's different about today's site, where's the escape route, who runs aerial rescue) and a hazards box.

A sign-in grid for up to ten names and a supervisor signature turn a quick huddle into a record. Run a different topic each week.

Questions

What's the difference between a tailgate talk and a job briefing?
A tailgate talk is a short topic-based safety meeting (e.g. chainsaw kickback, heat illness). A job briefing is site-specific and covers that day's exact hazards and plan. Both are free here.
How long should it take?
About five minutes. The format is deliberately short so it actually gets done every day instead of being skipped.
